Who is Rosmarie Amacher?

Rosmarie is a lively, innovative entrepreneur who places extreme value on sustainability.

The combination of precise work and a lot of creativity has distinguished Rosmarie from any competition since her young days.

ONLY THE RIGHT COLOR OF A DRESS COMPLETES THE BEAUTY OF THE WEARER

She loves spending time with her family and loved ones. Nature is very important to her and she is passionate about it. She is an enthusiastic planter of new trees and enjoys the steady growth of her work.

The collection of clothes from the twentieth century is a big part of her as well as the legacy that she wants to leave for the next generations.

Her story

Haute Couture

Rosmarie was born in Zumikon Zurich and spent the majority of her youth there. After compulsory schooling, she completed an apprenticeship as a tailor and shortly afterwards attended a language school in England.

After that she continued her education as a tailor and later on worked as a retail saleswoman. Rosmarie could never really identify herself as an ordinary employee and thus started her own business very early. She opened her first couture salon in 1985 and began attending every single Haute Couture show in Paris and Rome.

My vision

Fashion and Design! My absolute passion, which I not only practice as a profession but also live with all my heart. It was never my goal to gain wealth or big fame. I wanted to stand for sustainable, fair and quality work from the very beginning. In my humble opinion, the credit goes to each and every person involved when it comes to the final product of a beautiful garment!

Fashion is timeless and I think it is a pity that nowadays the origin of everything is forgotten. The true essence of the wonderful world that is called fashion. My goal is that the roots are never forgotten by future generations. I want to leave all my pieces of knowledge and also my timeless garments for the young ones.

After all, knowledge is art and at the same time the drive for true inspiration.

I WOULD RATHER WEAR ONE WELL FITTING DRESS THAN HUNDREDS OF SHORT LIVED HUDELS
